An instant boiling water tap allows you to use just the right amount of water you need, which can help conserve both water and electricity compared to a typical kettle. This is because it avoids leaving an extra cup or two of hot water that cools down and gets discarded when you refill the kettle later. View the range of instant boiling water taps
The minimum pressure for these taps is 1 bar and maximum 3 bar.
We would not recommend purchasing a Verossi tap unless you consult with your plumber as our taps work at optimum water bar pressure between 1 to 3 bar. In normal situations gravity fed systems are not fully
compatible.
Express delivery* is next working day delivery, if you order before 2pm. However, from time to time, factors beyond our control sometime do not allow us to dispatch the same day unfortunately. This is rare, and we do endeavour to dispatch each and every parcel where possible in this pre agreed term.
Energy & Cost-Saving: A boiling water tap typically uses about 10 watts of energy to keep water at the desired temperature while it's on, and it includes standby and nighttime modes for added efficiency. This means the tap boiler consumes far less energy than a kettle, leading to noticeably lower operating costs as well!
For installation, all Verossi Boiling Water Taps require a 35mm industry standard hole. Our taps are one of the most adaptable boiling water taps on the market today, compatible with Belfast sinks and worktops up to 30mm thick.
Verossi taps have multiple spring-loaded redundancy locks, which means the tap cannot be left running without holding the lever in place or switched on by curious children. Our sputter-free spouts are particularly engineered to stay insulated from the inner flow of boiling water while delivering piping hot water in a continuous and steady flow. Each boiling unit is pre-programmed with "safe-modes," which means that if your water supply fails for whatever reason, your system will react and prevent overheating.
Yes, but it's lot cheaper and more efficient. The boiler uses an innovative, low-energy, insulated pressure tank to heat water from your kitchen's current cold-water supply. The water remains in the tank and is heated to the temperature you specify (between 75 and 98.9 degrees) with the touch screen temperature controller. You just crank the hot water handle on your tap to dispense it. Because of the innovative boiler, the tank can maintain a full 2.4 litres of water hot to 98.9 degrees all day for the same price as boiling a kettle once.
We would not recommend introducing water softeners to the boiling unit/system as this can cause issues with seals etc and will undoubtably lead to the unit encountering performance issues and may void guarantee.
We have found, that in most cases the issues customers encounter are not in fact a manufacturing fault with the tap and hose mechanism, it is due to either this not being installed, or an incorrect installation. This tap has a weighted mechanism. The retraction will not work until this tap is fully installed as this works on gravity. If the tap is installed and the hose still does not retract, please ensure that the weight is free from obstruction and positioned correctly. We always recommend that the instructions are followed comprehensively.
Place a tea towel around the boiler barb/silicone hose, move the fixing clip and take the silicone hose off, please have a bowl or bucket close by and place the end of the silicone hose in this to catch any residual water, then place the thermometer/ meat probe into the boiler barb / boiler and record what temperature this reads at. We suggest you take a photo of the reading.
The minimum pressure for these taps is 1 bar and maximum 3 bar.
It is recommended that our products are not adjusted to EU voltage.
Usual 6 to 8 minutes from cold and water tank totally drained.
This has a plug and no hardwiring required.
You need to turn the water off at the mains by the shut off valve, on both hot and cold. You need to complete this operation at least every 6 months.
If you live in a soft water area, this is required to be completed every 6th month. Hard water areas must be at least every 4th month, however we strongly recommend every 3rd month for optimum performance and maintenance.
