Refund policy

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Verossi purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you can return it within 30 days.

We work very hard to ensure that your beautiful new product reaches you in perfect condition, if for any reason you find any items damaged please contact us immediately by email at hello@verossco.uk.

Return Steps

  1. Complete the returns portal on our website.
  2. Wrap the item in the original packaging clearly marking your return number on a separate sheet. Once you have made us aware via email or webchat you would like a return an item, we will send you a return form which will need to be sent in the return parcel alongside the item/items. We will also send you the returns label which you need to attach to your parcel or alternately we can arrange for collection of items. Please note we do not offer free returns on unwanted items the return costs are stated at the bottom of this page.
  3. Send the item back to our depot.
  4. Once our depot receives your return, this will be inspected, if approved your refund will be processed.
  5. Your refund can take up to 10 working days from date of us receiving your order

Returning An Unwanted Item

  • Unwanted items can’t be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods.
  • If you are returning an unwanted item it must not be damaged or marked.
  • We will provide you with a returns label or alternately we can arrange for collection of items. Please note we do not offer free returns on unwanted items the return costs are stated at the bottom of this page.
  • We cannot be liable for any items which are received at our depot damaged. We advise you take images of the items being returned inside the box so you are able to make a claim from the courier and substantiate your claim.

Returning Faulty Or Damaged Item

  •  Damaged items can't be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods.
  • We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 5 days of receipt of goods. You will receive an email from us after 48 hours of dispatch advising you to check the delivered items for damages. Choose one of the methods below.
  • Damaged Item Form - You can inform us of any damaged items via the Contact Us page or email hello@verossi.co.uk
  • You WILL be required to supply photographs of any damaged items. You can forward these as part of the returns process to hello@verossi.co.uk
  • Do not begin the returns process until you have informed us of any damaged items

 

A Few Things to Note

  • If you would like to return an item to us we will arrange for your credit card / PayPal account to be credited. You can authorise your return below
  • Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession.
  • We do ask that any goods that are in sealed packaging are clearly visible without the need to open the packaging.
  • When returning your item please make sure to include the returns form provided as this includes all key information for us to locate order and process refund if applicable.

To receive a returns authorisation number, please complete the returns portal and we will get back to you with the next steps and provide the correct returns form for you to complete.

Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We hope that your purchase is exactly what you wanted, however we understand that occasionally, an issue may occur with your chosen items. Parts may be faulty or damaged, or you may simply not wish to have the particular product any more. Should this be the case, our customer service team is here to help you. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched or within 30 days of receiving them.

You can notify us of your intention to cancel either by email or in writing. It is recommended however, that you contact us via email or Live chat as we cannot allow for any delays in mail deliveries by your chosen carrier.

Cancellation and Return of Goods

If you change your mind on your purchase and no longer want the items, we will accept returned goods provided it is within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return of the products and all costs associated with this which are displayed below.

All cancelled goods must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will not accept or refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us.

Please note: we are unable to accept cancellation at any stage if any item is ordered with any personalisation or items custom manufactured to your specification.

2. Return of Faulty Goods Received

We ask that customer fully inspect all products received ideally on the day of delivery. To ensure a speedy resolution, we also provide you with an automated email sent 48 hours after dispatch asking you to check all items delivered.

We must be notified of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 5 days of receipt. We will then advise the next course of action, we will contact you and either arrange collection, ask for goods to be returned back to us or disposal of goods, never dispose of goods without our notification.

Should we request that you send goods back to us, we will arrange collection of the damaged item via a courier. During the process of inspecting, we do ask that any damage be reported as soon as possible to ensure a quick and effective resolution, however damaged goods reported within 30 days are subject to your usual statutory rights.

Please note: All goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse this will void any warranty, goods will be returned to you and no refund or replacement issued.

3. Warranty & Guarantees

All products from Verossi come complete with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturers Guarantee, many products are listed with periods longer than 12 months, in these cases the period listed is still a Manufacturers Guarantee.

Should any of your products develop a fault during the manufacturer's warranty period we still ask you to contact us initially, we will then advise you on the next steps.

For any items that require filter changes, please ensure that these are done in line with what we recommend. Hard/Very hard water areas we recommend changing your filters every 3 months, Medium of Soft water areas we recommend changing every 6 months.

If any faults occur with the Water Boiler we will ask for filter change dates and also proof of purchases if the filters haven’t been purchased through Verossi. If you cant provide this information or haven’t been changing the filters inline with our T&C’s this can lead to void of warranty.

Disclaimer

Verossi is not liable for costs incurred due to plumbing issues arising from our products. Plumbing is the customer’s responsibility, and we do not offer refunds for plumbing-related problems. 

Reinstallation Costs Due to Installation Errors

We are committed to delivering exceptional service. However, if an issue requires reinstallation by a plumber, please be aware of the following:

We can't cover the costs unfortunately. Plumbing fees can vary significantly, making it challenging to provide consistent reimbursement.

Since plumbing services are handled by third-party providers, they are beyond our control.

Most of our products have been manufactured whereby an individual with reasonable DIY skills can install our products.

We would always recommend that you contact us first before instructing a costly third party to assist in resolving your issue.

We always try and resolve any issue with advice and guidance internally where possible as this is the least disruptive option and doesn’t necessitate a plumber.

All the instructions we provide can be carried out by any competent individual, meaning if you aren’t confident to do the task yourself, you can seek help from a family member/ friend. If you choose to employ a third party, then this is done at your own discretion.
