Verossi Returns
Returns Within 30 Days
If you are not satisfied or have simply changed your mind about your Verossi order, we will gladly accept your return within 30 calendar days of delivery. To Return your order simply fill in the form below, and our helpful customer service team will be in touch within 24 hours.
The return is chargeable at a cost of £15. This will debited from the value of the returning funds.
You will be assigned a dedicated case handler, who will ensure your return is processed correctly, and your refund is issued as soon as possible.
Handling Of Products
Products must be handled and kept with care and returned in their original state and packaging, with all original labels attached. If your handling of the product(s) results in a decrease of its commercial value, we may proportionally reduce our refund to you.
Our Exchange Policy
To exchange your Verossi tap, please fill in the form below and please tell us which tap you'd like to exchange your current tap for. We only require the tap sending back, there's no need to include the boiler, filter(s) and fixings.

Legal Guarantee for Damanged Or Defective Products
If the item is faulty, we recognize the statutory 2-year warranty Verossi offers. If a product is "faulty", received damaged, or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years (or the longer period that you have extended), we'll resolve this for you.
