Handling Of Products

Products must be handled and kept with care and returned in their original state and packaging, with all original labels attached. If your handling of the product(s) results in a decrease of its commercial value, we may proportionally reduce our refund to you.

Cleaning your tap can be a daunting task, as you don't want to damage any of the paint or functions of the tap. Below, are some helpful tips on how to restore your Verossi Tap back to factory clean condition. 

Note: Cleaning a PVD tap requires gentle handling and the use of appropriate cleaning materials to avoid damaging the coating.

Here are the steps you can follow to clean a PVD tap without damaging it:

1. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that can scratch the PVD coating. Instead, use a soft cloth or sponge.
2. Mix a mild cleaning solution by adding a few drops of dish soap to warm water. Do not use any harsh chemicals like bleach, ammonia, or vinegar, as they can damage the PVD coating.
3. Dip the cloth or sponge in the cleaning solution and wring it out well. Make sure it's not too wet, as excess water can seep into the tap and damage the internal components.
4. Gently wipe the tap with the damp cloth or sponge, making sure to clean all the surfaces, including the spout, handles, and base.
5. Rinse the tap thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue. Use a clean cloth to dry the tap and remove any water spots.
6. If there are stubborn stains or deposits on the tap, you can use a non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for PVD coatings.

By following these steps, you can safely and effectively clean your PVD tap without damaging the coating.
